The Role
As Head of IT, you’ll lead strategic technology initiatives that elevate both internal capabilities and patient outcomes. You’ll be the key architect and champion of:
– Digital transformation across business units
– Cloud and hybrid infrastructure that scales with our global needs
– Enterprise security, business continuity, and data governance
– A data-driven culture that empowers faster, smarter decision-making
– A modern IT operating model, aligned with both our U.S. growth and our global parent organization
– You’ll report directly to senior executive leadership and interface regularly with international counterparts—ensuring we remain locally focused, globally aligned.
