How We Hire

Step 1: Gather the information you’ll need for your online application:

• Contact information including home address, phone number, and email
• Qualifications with dates (such as your education, licenses and work experience)
• Your resume, .pdf or MS Word format preferred
• Social Security number and date of birth

Step 2: Create a new account or log-in

• Select “Apply now” on the job posting you’re interested in applying for.
• If this is your first time applying for a position, create an account by completing the register form to create your profile and click “Register.”
• If you’ve applied for another job with us before, click “sign in” and enter the username or email address and password you originally used to register.

Step 3: Submit application

Once you have provided all the required application information, you will see a confirmation page when your application is successfully submitted. Applications can take up to 15 minutes to complete.

Note: The sensitive, personal information you enter, including your Social Security number and date of birth, is confidential. It won’t be shown on any application forms, so hiring managers can’t see it. If you are offered a position, we’ll use your information for a background check only.

Get to know your recruiter and potential coworkers in a series of phone, video, and/or onsite interviews. Use these tips to help improve your success.

Arrive early. It’s always a good idea to arrive five or ten minutes sooner than scheduled. It gives you time to get organized. Do a Google search well in advance of your interview date, so you’ll know exactly where we are and how to get here.

Research our company. Look at the About Us and Careers sections of our website to find out more about Octapharma Plasma and think about why a particular job is a good fit for you. Note what we look for in employees so you can explain how your skills and experience meet our needs.

Prepare thoughtful questions. Ask about the opportunity in ways that show the interviewer you are enthusiastic about being selected. For example:

• What are the responsibilities of this position?
• What does a typical day look like?
• What kind of training might I get?
• Are there growth opportunities?
• What issues does your team face, and how can I help to resolve them?
