OctaRewards is our way of recognizing and rewarding valued donors like you! As an OctaRewards member, you can earn points to qualify for new status levels and prizes including Express Passes, e-gift cards, blankets, and more!

How it works

Step 1: Download the App

OctaApp is available for download in the Apple Store and Google Play.
Navigate to the OctaRewards menu and browse your dashboard.

Step 2: Donors are enrolled after their first donation

After completing your first donation, create your OctaApp account to be automatically enrolled in OctaRewards.

Step 3: Earn points and redeem your prizes

Donors can earn points through actions like donating plasma and referring friends.
The more points, the more status levels you’ll reach!
In the OctaApp, you’ll see your current status level, available points to redeem, and ways to redeem these points.
Enjoy gift cards from popular retailers, express passes for your next donation, and more!
